As an independent organization under KY, ProBBA upholds KY’s Code of Conduct in every event, gathering, and interaction. We are committed to fostering an environment free from harassment, where every member can participate fully and safely. In all that we do, respect, care, and inclusion guide our actions.
Probba's Equality Coordinators
To ensure that KY’s Code of Conduct is upheld on the Mikkeli campus, ProBBA has appointed two Equality Coordinators to the Board. These coordinators safeguard harassment-free conditions for all and respond promptly to any concerns.
They have the authority to act in accordance with KY’s Code of Conduct whenever necessary.
Should you witness, overhear, or experience a violation of the Code, whether on ProBBA premises or at an event, please follow these steps:

Intervene if safe: If you experience or observe inappropriate behavior, step in and, if possible, ask the person to stop.

Call authorities in danger: If someone is in immediate danger, contact the national emergency number 112.

Inform the organizers: Let the event organizers know what happened.

Record the incident: If possible, write down the details to assist with further investigation.

Reach out to ProBBA: Contact the Board, prioritizing the two Equality Coordinators.
After a careful investigation, during which all relevant parties are heard, ProBBA may impose sanctions on those found to have violated KY’s Code of Conduct. Every matter is handled with full confidentiality, ensuring that trust, respect, and safety remain at the core of our community.
