Freetime and Parties

Our school has one of the best social scenes, offering great events and activities. The school spirit that we Babas have is exceptional, we are like a diverse family. In addition to our active student life, we also put a great deal of energy into our studies. We have several annual theme parties such as Pimps 'n Hos, Gender Blender and Pyjama Party. Every school year begins with the legendary Orientation Week, which is a week full of fun and parties. Our Grand Annual Ball, held each year, is the most prestigious event and is a celebration of Probba's anniversary. There is also something very special called Pentti, something you are bound to experience here at our school. Mikkeli students also take part in the HSE Main Campus parties, such as Hukkaputki, III-kierros and Wappu to name a few.

Sports

The Baba way of living is social and active. In addition to the parties we also participate in many types of sports. Sports are mostly organized by Skibba ry, our very own sports club.

In Mikkeli there are a couple of good gyms to go to: Sport Forum and Sport Club. Sport Forum has a gym and possibilities of playing other sports, such as badminton. Sport Club is located on four floors, with different types of gyms and a variety of aerobic classes. HSE Mikkeli also has special contracts with some of the providers.
